Annual Meeting
LEGAL NOTICE
The annual freeholder meeting of the Twin Creeks Conservancy District will convene at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2024. The meeting will take place at the South Haven Branch of the Porter County Library System located at 403 W. 700 N., Valparaiso, Porter County, Indiana. One directorship position will be up for election at the annual meeting. That position serves the Old South Haven Directorship Area and is held by Incumbent Governing Board member Scott Retherford. Mr. Retherford is the only candidate having filed a nominating petition for the directorship positions and ss such, there will be no contested election and he will be sworn in for a new four-year term at the annual meeting. At the annual meeting, the TCCD Governing Board will elect from its membership a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
All freeholders are encouraged to be in attendance at the annual meeting and will be given an opportunity to speak on any matters related to the function and operation of the conservancy district.
